This years points will be changed as follows:

EXAMPLE: If you are at a co-sanction show or a regular district show, if the fastest time
is a 15.0 from non 05 member..... 05 points will not start until the
first 05 member runs, if that is a 15.2 that will be the first in the 1D.
This is keep the points more true across the board.
